Minimum Rental Duration: All rentals are subject to a minimum of 4 hours.

No Split Shifts: Rental time cannot be divided. The rented duration must be continuous.

Booking Fees:
Standard Fee: This applies to bookings made more than 72 hours in advance.
Time-and-a-Half Fee: Bookings made within 72 hours of the event will be billed at 1.5 times the standard rate.
Double Time Fee: Bookings made less than 36 hours in advance and on certain holidays will be billed at double the standard rate.

Travel & Mileage: Additional fees may apply.

Holiday Rates: The following holidays are subject to the Double Time Fee:
New Year's Day (Note: New Year's Eve is billed at standard rates)
Easter Sunday
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
